First time using Impressions. Sent out area rug for cleaning and arranged for office and stairs to be cleaned when rug was delivered. Area rug was like new and office and stairs look terrific. The team that came to my house, Chris and Dominic, were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and conscientious.
